El Balcon Arriba de Tomas feels more like a private mini-apartment, with a king bedroom, separate living room with a futon, small kitchenette and a large covered private balcony overlooking the street. Sweet on the Street is a small self-contained apartment with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and table and chairs, with its own street entrance while still giving guests full access to the hotel’s amenities.

A second guest may stay for an additional $25 USD per night, bringing the nightly rate to $90
