Rates & Reservations
We are a family owned and operated boutique hotel with guests that return all the time.
All reservations are handled by Kate directly. The most efficient way to book your stay is to email us at laspalmasonisla@hotmail.com provide your requested dates. For stays of 10 days or longer, we have discounted rates on the regular rooms.
Each one of our rooms can be viewed in our image gallery. Our high season is December 15th - April 30th with rates bolded below and our low season is May 1st - December 14th with rates italicized below. Our rates are all in USD and include the 22% applicable hospitality tax:
Penthouses
Our rooftop rooms all have king beds and full sized fridges.
High season is December 15th - April 30th.
The Original Dream:
$150 per night ($120 per night low season)
The Mexican Dream:
$160 per night / ($120 per night low season)
The Mexican Dream also includes a daybed and kitchenette.
The Room With A View:
$180 per night / ($120 per night low season)
The Room With A View has a Kitchenette and private balcony overlooking the street.
All penthouse rooms are $120 per night during the low season from May 1st - December 14th.
El Balcon Arriba de Tomas - One Bedroom with Private Balcony
El Balcon Arriba de Tomas offers a nook of privacy with a 2nd floor view over our street. Balcon is a mini-apartment with a king bedroom and a separate living room with a futon, small kitchenette, and a sizable covered, private balcony.
$160 per night during high season and $120 per night during low season.
Standard Rooms
King bed or two double beds, all surrounding our courtyard.
High season: $140 per night. There is a discount for stays of 10 days and longer. The North side rooms - Blue Palms, Buena Vista and Sea Breeze are discounted at $10 per night for stays 10 days or longer for $130 per night. All other standard rooms are discounted at $20 per night for stays 10 days or longer for $120 per night.
Low season: $100 per night in low season or $90 per night for 10 days or longer.
Budget Rooms
Our budget rooms are small and cozy, designed especially for solo travelers. Each room has a double bed, small fridge, air conditioning, fan and private bathroom, and is located around our courtyard.
The California
The California is a cozy courtyard room featuring a queen bed, plus a small attached room with a double bed and a private bathroom.
Sweet on the Street
Sweet on the Street is a small, self-contained apartment with a double bed, private bathroom, small kitchenette, table and chairs. It has street access, while guests can still use all of the hotel’s amenities.
All prices quoted include the 22% hospitality tax. For stays of 10 days or longer Standard rooms are discounted $20 per night in high season except for the Blue Palms, Buena Vista and Sea Breeze.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All of our rooms, including budget rooms have AC, fans, fridges, private baths, bedside lamps, beach bags and access to all the amenities within the hotel.
- Beach towels and purified water are always available.
- Please use our outdoor kitchen and pool and clean up after use.
- We accept cash only for payment in US Dollars or Mexican Pesos at the bank’s exchange rate. We charge a non-refundable deposit of $200 US dollars per room. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. All of our rates are set in US Dollars and include 22% applicable tax.
- Our rates are based on double occupancy (except for the budget rooms). If there are more than two people in a room, there is a +$20 nightly charge per additional person.
- One child 10 or under is free. Two children aged 10 or under will be considered one extra person, and therefore incur the +$20 nightly charge.
- Small pets may be approved with an extra fee.
- We can consider 1-3 night stays during high season, but the cost for the regular rooms would be $150USD per night
- Shorter term stays cannot guarantee specific rooms of choice. (7 days or less)
- We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave
